Appearance
Standing at a somewhat lanky 5'10" Cassian has brown-black hair and dark brown eyes with a handsome face despite his perpetually grumpy resting face.
Cassian tends to prefer being as unmemorable as possible and that translates into the clothing he wears. He tends to prefer darker, more neutral colours that blend into his surroundings. Practical clothing will always win out over flashy and it's not a stretch of the imagination to assume that he own very little to no nicer pieces in his closet. He always seems to run a little cold as a result likes layering much of his clothing which bulks up some of his lanky frame. Cassian also seems to like jackets. Lots and lots of jackets.

Skills & Abilities
Cassian is a regular ol' human with no supernatural powers to speak of, unless of course you believe luck is a superpower. However it's shown over the course of S1 & S2 of Andor that he's already got many of the building blocks that end up turning him into a Captain and rebel hero some day.
Growing up on Ferrix whose largest source of income mostly came from salvaging parts, means that Cassian probably spent a lot of time learning the in's and out's of ships, the engineering of them and details that some might not bother to learn. He's shown to be a skilled pilot, being specifically sought out by Luthen to assist the Aldhani crew, getting the crew out of a hairy situation that they wouldn't have been able to otherwise without him.
For better or for worse, Cassian also became quite the skilled thief which probably includes slight of hand, being incredibly observant (as evidenced by picking up quickly everyone's dominant or more comfortable shooting hand, taking stock of Narkina 5's guard rotation), and making split-second decisions with a cool head (...most of the time). There's evidence of him developing his espionage skills too throughout the series: being able to read a room, sabotage, understanding how to don personas in order to help him blend into his surroundings, and knowing how to spin a lie.
In terms of combat, Cassian has proven that he's capable of taking care of himself in a fight which probably has a lot to do with the fact that he's been a part of conflict since he's been six years old. His stint as a child soldier had him exposed to combat and then later on in life after witnessing his adoptive father, Clem taken away and hung by Imperials, he became involved with anarchist groups defying the Empire. And while he did a short stint in Mimban as a chef, I'd still like to think that he was forced to go through some training there to understand how to handle a blaster, contributing to his marksmanship skills that we see later on in his life.

— apartment | diadem
- two floor, loft style apartment (credit); it's open concept with a kitchen that has seen better days but will be well used by cassian once it's cleaned up. the entire apartment is a little worn, a little torn and is a big fixer upper if anyone ever saw one
- first floor and living space will be sparse drawing on vibes from this
- a lot of the walls are pretty barren and could do with some new tiling
- there's a very small balcony overlooking the main road outside
- both amos and cassian's rooms are relatively small but neither of them seem to care; they both don't need much to sleep
- the loft upstairs has been relegated to their workspace; a large desk and workbench sit up there (credit); at the moment it's mostly clutter, various droid and car parts and tools as they work on fixing up their apartment
- despite it being a steam-punky bachelor pad, they keep it relatively tidy. and, somehow, it has a cozy charm to it
