It sort of makes her feel bad, the amount of times she hasn't paid it back, his kindness, the feel good companionship he so readily gives her. Which— is the opposite of what she should be feeling (sappy, grateful). There's a reason she texted him!! ]
[ Let the record show that he definitely isn't asking her to roleplay Santa - whoever that may be. He sounds rather mythical and Cassian has never quite been able to bring himself to believe in that sort of thing. What he is doing is asking her for her opinion. ]
